John Peck and his team completed some outstanding work with my team here at BMI Healthcare. Over the 3 days away, John built up trust and a secure environment for the team to share, learn and above all else really get to know themselves and the other team members. As we all live in a busy world of emails, phone calls and increasing demands from stake holders. John took us through the ways of understanding from both the Insights profiling on ourselves and how to best understand how we can be more productive and also engaging with other key stake holders, that have not always been easy.

I saw the change in the team even during the 3 days away on how they interact with each other. However now back in the office, it is not let’s put the book in the draw and pull out later, the team are energised using the skills learnt to starting to cut through the challenges and objectives which before going away had held up progress. They are now ready to take on anything thrown our way…
